The robotics business unit of Zenon SA has now been acquired by the Theodorou Group

The Robotics and Industrial Automation unit of Zenon SA has now been acquired by the Theodorou Group of companies and has been incorporated to the group as Zenon Automation SAICT. The Robotics unit of Zenon, specializing since 1987 on the design and installation of industrial handling, packaging and warehousing systems, continues this way its successful course in the industry.

Zenon’s ability to combine detailed design and use of modern robotic and product handling technology, excellent construction quality and proper installation, has been recognized by some of the largest Greek companies.

With an excellently trained scientific and technical staff, as well as smart and innovative solutions, Zenon holds a leading position in the field. As a result, the company has installed more than a hundred robotic case packing, palletizing, product handling and warehousing systems in Greek factories. All these systems operate smoothly, increasing productivity and reducing costs.

Zenon Automations SAICT, now a subsidiary of the Theodorou Group of Companies (www.theodorougroup.com), has been relocated to a new, modern industrial building in Koropi, has made important agreements with its main suppliers (FANUC ROBOTICS, INTEROLL, ELSAG, WINKEL) and – above all – has undertaken and completed significant projects for the following old and new clients: Agno Dairy SA, Mevgal SA, Vivartia SA, Tasty Foods SA, Karamolegos SA, LA.VE. SA, Aspis SA, Dow Hellas SA, Syngenta and others.

Zenon has already set forth an ambitious plan to increase its productivity potential and expand in new areas of activity, in order to complement the solutions and services already offered in the packaging, product handling and warehousing fields.
