PalletMat series is a Plug & Play Robotic Palletizer in a Box that receives products directly from the production line and palletizes them according to pre-defined patterns.
With the use of a robotic arm from leading Japanese manufacturer FANUC, it ensures high speed and precise product handling while its compact design makes it ideal for sites with limited available space.
The “Plug & Play” features of PalletMat make its integration to the line extremely easy. Non-specialized personnel can install, commission and even move the system to different lines within the factory (the system is forklift movable).
PalletMat Model DP7 is a semi-automatic robotic system that receives products from a single infeed and palletizes onto two pallets positioned on the floor. Once the first pallet is ready the robot continues palletising onto the second pallet, whilst at the same time signalling the operator to remove the full pallet and add a new one to be palletised.
Due to its small footprint, inherent flexibility, and fast ROI, PalletMat-DP7 is ideal for small-to-medium productions and sites with limited available space, such as Pharma, Food & Beverage, Animal Feed, Plastics, etc.
PalletMat DP7 is IoT ready and incorporates the latest technologies of Industry 4.0.
