PalletMat series is a Plug & Play Robotic Palletizer in a Box that receives products directly from the production line and palletizes them according to pre-defined patterns.

With the use of a robotic arm from leading Japanese manufacturer FANUC, it ensures high speed and precise product handling while its compact design makes it ideal for sites with limited available space.

The “Plug & Play” features of PalletMat make its integration to the line extremely easy. Non-specialized personnel can install, commission and even move the system to different lines within the factory (the system is compact and forklift movable).

PalletMat Model AP10 is a fully automatic robotic system. Products arrive at the palletizing position from the infeed conveyor, are picked by the robotic arm and palletized according to pre-defined patterns. When the palletizing process is complete, the system discharges the loaded pallet on a conveyor outside the cell. A pallet de-stacker is included in the system for automatic pallet positioning, which makes the operation of the system fully automatic.

Due to its automatic operation, inherent flexibility, small footprint, and fast ROI, PalletMat-AP10 is ideal for medium-to-large productions and sites with limited available space, such as Food & Beverage, Animal Feed, Plastics, Chemicals, etc.
